How ultrasonic cleaning works
High-frequency sound waves travel through the cleaning bath and create cavitation, tiny bubbles that collapse at the surface of the part. That action lifts stubborn dirt without damaging the component.
Machines run a cycle of 10 to 45 minutes with no operator intervention, and micro-brushing reaches holes and orifices smaller than 10 µm.
